Due to some personnel changes and personal family matters, it almost seemed like this album wasn’t going to happen. Breaking their usually reliable 2 year album cycle, Time and Trauma comes 5 years after their last album. However, the album was certainly worth waiting for, standing up next to their earlier albums like A Snow Capped Romance. Vocalist Brock Lindow channels all of his pent up emotion to deliver the performance of his career, choosing to mainly use his trademark clean vocals. It may disappoint those looking for more bite with their metalcore but will please those looking for more substance to the music.
