ALBUM OF THE MONTH: Be’lakor – Vessels (June 2016)

Be'lakor - Vessels

Many people would argue that modern melodic death metal has been a dead genre for many years now, with even some of the innovators becoming mere shadows of themselves. Australia’s Be’lakor crashed onto the scene back in 2009 with their second album Stone’s Reach and have gained considerable praise since then for their fresh take on the genre. Their fourth album Vessels sees the band pushing themselves even further by adding in new elements to the established sound including blastbeats and a progressive touch.
